  • I had a 18 year old Rheem electric water heater that finally gave it's last breath. Jim gave me a quote over the phone and came out the next morning. He replaced the heater very quickly and hauled away the old one. No hidden fees, no extra charges, price was exactly what he quoted. The models he carry are higher quality Rheem then the big box stores carry and with parts and labor I ended up paying just about what I would pay for the unit alone at a store. No brainer to have a pro do it. Highly recommend. Very honest and straight forward. It's refreshing to find people out there that still do honest work. Thanks Jim!
