  • My husband and I had been trying on our own to conceive for about 5 years prior to going to see Dr. Behera. I was very apprehensive to see a Reproductive Endocrinologist for a few reasons. I have a hard time getting comfortable with new care providers, the daunting costs you hear of associated with fertility treatments and mostly because we saw this as a last resort and we were afraid of taking that last step and losing our dream if it didn't work. I spent a lot of time researching different RE's around the valley and when I found information on Dr. Behera, we were ready to face our fears. After our first appointment, I was so relieved to find Dr. Behera to be so warm and personable. I was also surprised to discover that the treatments would be much more affordable than I had built up in my imagination. Mostly though, I was overjoyed to leave her office with something I hadn't had in awhile, hope. We started our journey with IUI treatment with Dr Behera and her amazing NP Tamara. With the help of an HSG and a procedure to remove uterine polyps, we became pregnant after our 3rd cycle. Unfortunately, we lost that pregnancy but the staff at Bloom was so supportive during this time and we could not have made it through without them. Two cycles later we were pregnant again and we are due in July! As happy as we were to be pregnant, we were also so sad to be leaving the care of Dr. Behera and her staff who came to mean so much to us. They truly are ALL amazing and I was in tears saying goodbye to them at my final appointment. We still can't believe after all of these years, our wish to have a family is finally coming true and it's all thanks to Dr. Behera and her staff.
