  • Wow... must be new ownership. They just lost a long time customer. Tried the service again after my last disappointment. My address-pizza-panzerotti, not that difficult. After over 10 min, and being put on hold for the 4th time, speaking to two different people, I hung up. By the time they called me back 5 min, I had ordered from Palermo. Seems they have mastered the art of taking an order. Truly poor service.
