  • Read nothing but bad reviews but decided to give them a chance anyways. Worst idea ever. The women in the office are beyond rude and act like they are bothered by your presence. Not to mention that they are liars and thieves. The water machine, which half of the time doesn't even work, is actually just tap water that they trick people into paying for. They also tried to charge us a second pet deposit for our 1 animal which they already had on file. The first time our rent was late they said the only way the late fee would be waived was if we donated to their fundraiser and brought back a receipt to show proof of how much we spent. When we first moved in the bathrooms were infested with ants and there were roaches in the kitchen light fixture. The maintenance workers enter your house without permission or any notice whatsoever. All the appliances are extremely old, obnoxiously loud and end up costing a fortune to run. We thought the neighborhood was good until our neighbors house was shot up by two men walking around the parking lot with masks. After the neighbors moved the house sat empty for months and eventually squatters moved in. Now that the end of our lease is nearing they are trying to slam us with all kinds of hidden bullshit fees. Save yourself and your family the trouble.. take everybody's word for it and take your money elsewhere.
