I ordered holiday cards here through the Kodak Experience app and drove from SC to pick them up. To be told that they could not print the pictures b/c they are out of paper. Why can they not communicate with me through the app or text or a call saying this was the case before I drove all the way over.
The staff had not words other than they tried to call. They called the wrong number which is amazing since the number is correct in the app.
