  • The Geek Squad guys in the Car Audio Installation/Repair (Josh and Lou) were hands down the most helpful and efficient service men I have ever dealt with. My satellite radio had been broken for several weeks because I wasn't excited about paying $85 for the dealer to run a diagnostic, followed by another $85 labor charge to change a broken antenna, and $100 for the antenna. When someone recommended trying Best Buy I called and spoke with Lou, who new exactly what questions to ask, and was patient as I re-told my nightmare of a story. He warned that he may not be able to fix the problem if it was not an external system. Still, he scheduled the appointment for today at 10am. The two men were prompt and greeted me right at 10:00. They were optimistic that they could fix it, and took my information, giving me an estimate price, and sending me away for about an hour. When my phone rang with the good news that not only was it repaired, but the TOTAL cost was the equivalent to 1 hour of labor at the dealer, I was ecstatic! It was a great experience, with very professional, friendly service, and I would recommend them to anyone!
