  • Just went in to move my service from Verizon, after multiple years of the worst customer service, and the transaction was extremely quick and smooth. The associate, Matthews, was very efficient and far better than anyone I have encountered in 20 years going into Verizon stores and waiting long periods for staff who generally seem to work as slowly as possible or just make up statements. He clearly explained every promotion, including one I did not realise I would qualify for. It's early days with T-Mobile but so far at least I am extremely impressed and would highly recommend visiting this store.
