  • Customer service is horrible!! I unfortunately had to cancel my reservation and did so with meeting the requirements to receive a refund but HAVE NOT SEEN ONE. It's been 11 days 4 phone calls. Coincidentally the systems are down when I called the call center and was told my information was going to get forwarded to a supervisor. I decided to call accounting where I left a message and have not received any word back. I thought going through the hotel directly would be an easy process. I do not recommend to book your stay here!
