  • I am really dismayed that I have to write this negative review. I moved out of Waypoint managed home (which is now Invitation Homes) after purchasing my own home. I made sure I did everything they asked and some things they didn't like having the home cleaned from top to bottom and leaving the yard beautiful. Imagine my surprise when I was contacted by a collection agency telling me I owe $1600+! What?! Why?! I even paid for rent after I moved to ensure things were done correctly. I never received any bill from them or any Inkling of any issues. I tried calling them multiple times and left messages, but no one has called me back. I am very disappointed in Invitation Homes.This is not good business. :-(
