  • I usually like this type of thing but this is an exception. I've been to Vegas many times, and have always wanted to go and check this place out since it is soo close. What a disappointment! The dam is pretty impressive from the outside considering it was one of the first of its kind The most disappointing part was the tour. It was like 15 bucks and it lasted a maximum of 20 minutes. 10 minutes of that waiting in line for the elevator. It's a complete ripoff. Just go to the bookstore and look at a photo book. It will be just about as educational and won't cost you anything.
