Just had a horrible over-the-phone experience with an associate named JT. This person actually hung up on me while speaking to him. I simply called to ask if their store was one of the locations that did cracked screen repairs. It states on your website that there are locations that do this repair and to call my nearest store to find out if they can, which I did, only to be treated like I'm ignorant and told that no locations do it. While in mid-sentence and telling him that it was on the website he hung up. I called back to get his name and will be speaking to supervisors regarding his inappropriate behavior towards a paying customer. If I'm not allowed to call and ask simple questions without being spoken down to or treated rudely then I need to reconsider my mobile provider.
