  • What a great "new" discovery! I just happened to be in Madison for their Gay Pride weekend, & happened upon this bar. The staff were quite friendly to tourists & outsiders that aren't "Madison regulars." In other words, they do not discriminate here. Love that! The staff made me feel welcome, & what I really liked about this bar was the location ( on the capital square) very affordable drink prices, and NO cover charge like OTHER gay bars in Madison. I went to their block party that they had for Pride weekend and that was a blast! Great music, plenty of space blocked off, various outdoor drink tents & it didn't rain! I'd suggest this gay bar to anybody traveling to Madison; men & women alike are sure to feel welcomed.
