  • My tire blew out on 51 southbound at 8 pm. Francisco arrived as scheduled. However, it turned out that my truck was too big to pull with his tow truck because a rear tire was in shreds. He could have waves me off to wait for a flatbed tow, but he came up with a solution to safely change my tire on a small, protected embankment. It took us 40 minutes to get it done, but that was faster than waiting for another tow. Thanks, Francisco.
