  • I came here with my boyfriend for a couples massage and overall experience was ok. The plus side is that the facilities are clean and the massage was decent. The down side is the design and layout of the spa wasn't very luxurious or relaxing. The waiting room is like a doctor's office waiting room, really small and just a bunch of chairs. The staff walks around talking at normal voices as well so I can hear all their conversations. It's a very busy spa so it's just a lot going on making it not as relaxing as it should be. The hallways are in this bland blue grey color that kind of felt like service entry hallways. The service wasn't particularly outstanding either. It's a very large place with a weird layout so you're walking a lot. But there's no one to tell you where to go. Overall it was decent and overpriced. I was expecting a lot more.
