| - When people think bakery they think sweets. Well, yes this place has sweets but then you discover they have the most amazing savory treats you'd never imagine possible - gluten free or otherwise! Bacon and sun dried tomato scones (and not those dry crumbly boring scones we've all choked down). Tequila shot and lime cookies. And can we talk about the quiche?! Avocado toast with roasted pumpkin seeds and balsamic on moist toasted gluten free sweet brown bread. Dear lord! And do not forget the white bread, the grain bread, the sourdough bread, the focaccia !!!!The possibilities are endless. The creativity that Jan (the owner and baker) brings to her craft is top notch. This isn't a trendy bake shop. Those are a dime a dozen. Instead, this is like you just walked into grandma's kitchen and walked out with a full satisfied belly, yearning for the moment you can eat more of the creations being churned out in that miracle kitchen. And if you need that sweet craving satisfied, how about berry cheesecake bars, s'mores, salted caramel brownies with scratch made caramel sauce, lemon lemon lemon cupcakes, and gigantic cinnamon rolls.....ALL GLUTEN FREE! Jan's baking was born of necessity, being diagnosed with celiac disease almost two decades ago. She's the real deal folks. So come on in, get your office meeting snacks, your sweet tooth fixed, even just sit and enjoy coffee and a cinnamon roll while checking your email in her cozy seating area. You will be changed for good!
