  • I never cared for this theatre and after today, I'll never come back. First- the service is not good. Waiting in line at concessions when there are three teenagers standing behind the counter chatting and doing nothing is not okay. Don't avoid eye contact with customers and think that means you can pretend we aren't here. Second- my boyfriend very politely asked about a military discount and was told his government issued ID that said "VETERAN" on it was not valid. The employee also very loudly on the speaker told him it's corporate policy so he can complain to them. Whatever happened to discretion when it comes to handling complaints? When he asked to talk to customer service, they gave him a different story and said they don't honor them after certain times. Ok, whatever but get your stories straight. Customers don't like getting the run around. Aside from its central location, there really isn't any benefit to coming here.
