  • Absolutely horrible. I stopped in to get some balloons filled, mind you I had previously purchased the balloons and I just needed helium. The woman spent 30 minutes filling up 12 balloons and charged me $43. A total rip off. Go anywhere else, I've called Giant Eagle and Party City both have way better prices and quicker service. If I could give no stars I would.
