  • This company has gone down hill. I just had my home cleaned for the last time by them, they were in and out in just under 1 hour and 20 min..besides cutting my time they did a horrible job.Last month I paid and tiped for an extra hour for deep cleaning, I told them what I wanted in text, on phone and to the ladies when they showed up...they didn't do anything I asked ( whipe down cabinets on outside and clean blinds) they were also only there for 2 hours and 10 min. I questioned them when they said they were done and asked about my cabinets and they said they did them, they didn't so I talked to office and they contacted the 2 ladies who lied about when they got there and left they also said they focused on cleaning the doors ( which I didn't ask for) but my doors were not touched.They sent someone out to inspect and he took pictures and apologized so the ladies came back and very quickly and rough cleaned my blinds and cabinets in kitchen only and was out the door with major attitude in 10 minutes. The same 2 ladies just did my home that left me very disappointed again. The landscapers do a ok job, my husband had to pull all the weeds on the side of our house in front because they never seem to do it but they do trim our bushes when needed and blow out our yard.
