Have never really heard of Ulta until I moved to Las Vegas. After living here for a while I've come to the realization that many local malls fail to have common cosmetics you would regularly find in stock. Guess Ulta makes sense since it carries majority of those brands you are searching for. Price is a bit steep versus other places. Service is not something they provide you with, their lines have been long with only two to one cashier at a time. Today I came to exchange a sunblock I had purchased a couple days back since it leaves white imprints. Signed up for their loyalty card which saves your receipts online, the co-manager which assisted me with the exchange cut me off before when I was telling her why I didn't like the product. Don't you care to know what you sell? Why a consumer did not like it? I'm not asking for my money back so the attitude was uncalled for. Rather just buy my products online than bother coming to this overpriced joke.
