Bar was cool and they had a good playlist which created a good atmosphere. The staff was horrendous, out servers priorities and time management skills were way off. The manager was drunk (or seemed inebriated) and made a fool of herself. We were told the bar was slammed, but there were 2 bartenders for about 5-10 people at the bar. My only suggestion is to start watching your staff and working with them on ticket management from taking an order all the way through final bill presentation.
