My husband just left this store very angry and now the two of us are debating on looking at other carriers because of the lousy customer service. Hubby made an appointment for 5pm today and he arrived 10 minutes early only to have a couple of walk-ins get in ahead of him. So my husband sat in the store waiting his turn (that he should not have had to) for an HOUR! Plus nobody bothered to ask him what he was there for, which was simply paying off our phones which apparently can only be done in store, so hubby is forced to wait. When it was finally his turn, he only received a simple, "Oh sorry..." and no incentive to make us want to stay with ATT. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SORELY UNDERSTAFFED! Don't bother making an appointment with this store because you won't get in on time due to walk-ins!!
