| - Pretty cool spot where you have can have private karaoke parties. This is not your average karaoke bar, and you don't have to sing in front of complete strangers if that isn't your thing. They have a few rooms depending on the size of your party, and they have a huge library of karaoke songs in different languages that is kept fairly updated. I believe this place also serves as an A/V store/rental.
I went here for a birthday party and we reserved the "Tatami Room" which had Asian decor. Wasabi green walls, bamboo weaved floor, low table, pillows for floor seating, paper door, and of course, no shoes. Very cool. The room fits 10 people, although we squeezed in about 12 and the staff did not mind. The sound was pretty good. We stayed for 4 hours at $25/hour which is not bad at all when divvied up between your party. They were also nice enough to tack off a half hour due to technical difficulties on their end. You can also bring your own alcohol and food at no cost, which by the way is AWESOME.
My only gripes are that the private rooms can get really hot and stuffy, and the new library of songs doesn't play the original music or music videos but rather generic renditions on a plain blue screen.
All in all, this is a great place to have fun with friends that are into the whole karaoke thing, and you don't even have to break the bank.
