Hands down the worst experience with any medial / dentist practice I've ever had. I've going here for 2 years and am not sure why I lasted so long.
To begin, a sealant that they did fell out a couple months after I had it done and they had to replace it twice before it finally stuck. The Dr's were nice and took care of the issue but why did it happen to begin with I can't help but wonder. When i called to make appointments to fix the sealant they told me there would be no charge as it shouldn't have worn so quickly. Well, they billed insurance twice for this to which I disputed. Can't say the outcome of all of this as Valerie in billing never actually follows up with the emails she promises to send me explaining my balance.
When I called to review the $130 bill I received she was quoting me another patient. When I corrected her she then couldn't explain my invoice... Anyway, after three calls in two weeks, I have yet to receive the email detailing the charges. When I call her she says how busy they've been and will send it right away. Still waiting.
Don't waste your time here as there are plenty of practices that value customer service eager for your business.
