  • First of all my review is based on the service. Not the food. The food was AMAZING!!!!! Brought my husband and 2 kids. The drinks were not good. We had tea and soda. Soda was thick n syrupy w little carbonation (coke) the tea looked ok but had no flavor at all. I've seen more flavor in a Lipton used tea bag. The food came out as ordered in a timely manner. And beautiful. A feast for both the stomach and the eyes. So we start eating. And we'll our drinks was empty. For 10 mins n no refills. Looked around the room and I also noticed that everyone else also had empty glasses with just ice. They don't check up on you during meal. You have to get their attention and that's hard in such a loud room. So a while passes and our waitress is finally passing by and snagging her attention. But we was already done eating and also requested boxes. Note: the rehab size is a very ambitious serving, huge. So we get our boxes. And pack up the food. But still so check. So another 15 mins goes by. And we finally have to ask for the check. The wait staff doesn't pay attention to their customers for drinks or checks. Not rude. But definitely not conscientious. Or personable. We loved the food. But next time we gonna try the Tempe location. See how service is there. As for here it's a one n done. Off note: those of you w kids that are picky, they do not have American cheese. Nothing to complain about there. Just FYI.
