I've been going to top dog for over 3 years now and loved Brittany! I've never had any complaints about her, she was always friendly and helpful. Brittany genuinely cared for each client and their fur babies. But now they are under new ownership and I wasn't informed until I asked the young gentleman at the desk. Unfortunately I'm not receiving the same service as before. I've brought my dog here twice since Brittany left and the experience hasn't been the same. Luckily my lil one has not come out stressed which is a plus. But as far as listening and understanding how you want your dog groomed they need improvement in that area. I like my dog to have longer hair fluffy paws and face and I explained this to them prior to her grooming. Sadly I picked my poor baby up and she was so short I could barely even pinch the hair that was left on her body. I understand she may be matted in certain areas but Brittany used to call me and ask if I wanted her to comb the mats out (which she has before) or go ahead and shave her but she NEVER made the decision to cut her short without consulting me first. And to top it off they charged me 45 when I normally pay 40 and when I asked if the prices had gone up, the young man said oh no your right it's 40. Not sure if they are in the process of raising prices but that is something that should be addressed before hand especially taking on all these clients that have been coming to top dog for years. The service is not horrible it just needs some improving.
