  • Had to come in for a recall on my car. I know people skills aren't top priority as a serviceman, but these guys were pretty rude at first. Walking into their shop felt like entering a war zone. I found out they were annoyed because of the amount of repairs they needed to do. Sure, that stinks. But it's not fair to take it out on customers EDIT: The weird thing is, they were pretty nice when I left. I can't decide if it's because they saw my Yelp review (which I recklessly posted while waiting for my car) or they did something sketchy to my car...
