This is a modern take on an old-school style luncheonette, and it works out quite well. Instead of the greasy-spoon fare of the '60s and '70s, the artisan cooks put a contemporary take on the classics without being too fussy. A Benedict is still a Benedict, just prepared with a little more thought and care.
