  • I love this hidden gem, hidden because it is tucked in a quiet corner, where it would be easily missed by drivers going on Horizon Ridge Parkway. My hubby and I always ring SSP to make a reservation, even on the day of, to ensure we get a table to ourselves, so we don't have to sit at the community table. There are 4 table, 4 tops, and 1 long community table, about 12 tops. We tried different items here but our favorite has to be the kurobuto pork belly. We ordered 1 jack portion each and went to town. I particularly enjoy the salad since it has miso dressing. You can order as many bowl of salad, and veggie plate (includes napa cabbage, carrots, bamboo shoots, tofu, and tofu noodle) as your tummy can enjoy. At the end of the meal, you get a scoop of ice cream (green tea powder, chocolate, or strawberry sauce). I always get the green tea powder as I enjoy mixing that with the vanilla icecream. This spectacular spot is owned by husband and wife, while husband is in the kitchen, the super wife takes care of the front.
