The first time we came here we left our little ones. They were under 3 so they were in a back room. However, this time, our oldest had just turned three. We were there the first weekend of December. I went in to check the baby out so I could nurse him, and when I stepped inside, I could hear my child sobbing but didn't see her. I finally spotted her sitting next to a wall sobbing with her head down. I watched several employees walk right past her and not bother to check on her. When I FINALLY got someone's attention, they didn't know I was her mom. They just said "she just wants her mom, she's been like that for 15 minutes". I told them to check all three of my children out immediately. She was a mess. I felt horrible! I have tried calling the manager there, but they haven't even returned my calls. I was extremely disappointed. My children will NEVER be left there again. It broke my heart to see my daughter that sad. She told me no one would play with her and she was scared. I don't know how my other two were treated since they are put in a back room that you cannot monitor.
