  • The hotel is 4 stars- it does have spa and nice pools on premises. Here is the good- nice, newer rooms, nice bathroom, good area. Here is the bad...snooty staff at front desk, poor room service, and charges gallore ( no upgrades even though hotel was at 10% full- they still wanted their 50.00 for an extra couch! It would have to be A GREAT deal for me to stay there again- Just feel like nickel and dimed. The management seemed very attentive upon our concerns though.
