  • I've had lots of Vietnamese food in different cities and Minh is truly some of the best I've ever had, on par with the stuff at little Saigon in Orange County. The noodles are all hand made which is like unprecedented in the Midwest and the menu is huge, but everything we got was incredible. Favorite things were the chicken vermicelli and the vegetable crepe. Would absolutely go again next time I'm in Cleveland.
