  • I've been wanting to go to this establishment for while now. I try to walk in but they're busy (which is definitely understandable) so I knew I was going to be in the area today so yesterday I made an appointment. Oh I was so glad that I did! When I walked in I was warmly greeted! Refreshing to walk into a place during rush hour traffic and see a smiling face. I was informed I need to fill out the paperwork as I am a new client. Once that was completed then I was sat down and waited. I had Sarah as an aesthetician and she was WONDERFUL. Very personable and it was not awkward at all. (I only got eyebrow threading, however you know when it's a new place it sometimes is awkward.) honestly I live in Newmarket but I definitely see myself coming back and starting a tab! Thank you so much for a great experience
