  • Legacy is amazing. I had sent quote requests to close to 10 companies, and Legacy was the only one that responded the same day (possibly even within an hour of receiving my request). We had an emergency situation with some improperly applied roofing cement (from a previous contractor - not Legacy!) and it very quickly caused a whole host of serious problems to the point where we were unable to stay in our house. Legacy was extremely concerned about it and made it a priority to come out right away, even though I think they were super booked - they wound up coming out on a Saturday, and I don't think they normally work weekends. The price was amazing as well. They were more accommodating, honest, kind, and knowledgeable than any other roofing contractor I've ever dealt with, and we were extremely happy with the quality of their work. Not only did they come through for us more quickly than any other contractor (and they understood right away what we needed), their work was superior as well. I will definitely be using them in the future.
