  • the first couple of times I went and Hannah all was great. Then I made an appointment with her, and when I got there, another person said she was helping me. I had the WORST pedicure and manicure ever! I asked Hannah why and she said I didn't ask for her. I know I did as I am very picky about my nails. I was very unhappy and even called her when I got home. There was not excuse for this. She understood me....just passed me off to someone else. Beware.
