Under new management and I am very unhappy about my first service with them. My husband dropped off a jacket and a pair of pants to be hemmed. Both were promised for a Wednesday pick up. Fast foward to Wednesday, the jacket was ready however the pants were not ready. The employee asked my husband to call the next morning at 7 a.m. to speak with owner. I called the next morning and the line would just ring. No answer, no answering machine, nothing. My husband was leaving for a business trip so I had to go in person to find out if the pants were ready. Upon arrival it seemed they knew that their phone line was down and told me the pants would be ready in 45 min. I asked for a number to call to verify before wasting my time and going into the shop, yet again. They wouldn't give me a number but rather asked me for the best number to reach me at. Luckily the pants did come in, granted it was a day late from promised pick up date. When I came in to get the pants, the employee had the nerve to tell me he had called me twice to let me know, that the pants were ready. Really Sir? I tried calling your place of business 10x this morning with no answer. I was busy packing and dealing with a 2 year old, what was your excuse? There was no sorry, or even a discount for the inconvience. Will certainly not be coming back again.
