  • In response to the manager's private message as a response to my initial review: To start, your insinuation that my review is inappropriate or unnecessary speaks to: your inability to manage criticism or problems in a misguided attempt at defensive deflection. And your clear failure in procuring repeated service due to your misplaced passive aggression. My original review: I left them a voicemail, clearly stating my contact information, in which I never received a return call. I waited for an entire week, still no call back.
