Future shop has come a long way in my book. On weekends, good luck getting any help at all... But keeping in mind, there are a limited number of staff for every customer. I can be patient and wait my turn. Once I get there, the staff are friendly and helpful.
I went in today with a $2000 budget to get myself a new macbook pro/ retina. I was talked into buying a $1200 model instead! It was awesome - they walked me through my options, and explained that the lower model would fit my needs along with the Time Machine for additional storage. It was the PERFECT solution for me, and saved me $500.
Not to mention, the returns and customer service is pretty hassle-free. My husband got a brand-new, superior computer because his conked out and that model was no longer available.
