  • I travel for a living and this is without a doubt the worst hotel I have stayed in to date. The front desk staff is disinterested almost boarding on rude. When I arrived the room was "clean" but not up to the standards I expect form a Wyndham. There were missing linens in the bathroom, dirt smudges on the sheets, missing water glasses, missing "do not disturb sign", and broken iron/ ironing board. I had called ahead to request a mini-fridge and a microwave for my room. Neither were there when I arrived. I called down to the front desk and it took 5 hours and repeated calls by me to get the fridge delivered. Over the course of my stay many large groups and conventions stayed at the hotel. These groups were loud, unruly, and disrespectful to the other guests. The hotel staff was unresponsive to the requests and complaints lodged by my colleagues and me. I don't know if the management of this hotel is aware how the staff is conducting business, but rest assured I will not be staying at another Wyndham. The experience I had was under par in every respect and I couldn't wait to leave.
