rev:text	The absolute worst Ross store I have ever been to! The manager Louisa or louanna whatever her name is is rude unhelpful and condescending in talking to me. The girl at the counter made a racist remark to me when I asked her for help. Customer service is really lacking in this store and all I got was bad vibes here. I will be taking my business out of my way to the Tempe location instead so I do not have to deal with the terrible customer service here.
