My wife and I have not had a single negative experience at this Red Robin. Even if we don't get our preferred booth, we still enjoy ourselves because the servers and the food are both excellent as a combo. Samantha and David are always speedy with everything from refilling drinks to making sure our food comes out at appropriate times since we normally order an appetizer with dinner. I can't recall the name of this guy who's normally taking care of the bar area, but we were grateful to him for giving us two cards for appetizers on our next visit because we realized that we picked the wrong type of appetizer. We didn't have to ask and we didn't make it seem like it was his fault-- Still he was kind enough to make up for our own mistake by giving us something to look forward to for next time. (Yes we got the right appetizer the next visit!) All of the servers are great folks who do their job amazingly well/fast and they are the biggest reason we come to this location specifically. We always leave a survey because they deserve the praise and so much more.
Forgot to add this part in earlier on! The staff recognizes us and have a damn good memory of what we order too, so honestly it's nice to be remembered and it's sweet of them to ask how we've been if they haven't seen us in a long time.
