I was invited unexpectedly to have a pedicure at this place.
My main concern with this place was the water for the foot soak was burning hot. At first, I thought it was just me (as it had been a few years since my last pedicure) and slowly got used to the temperature. However, when they were rinsing my feet after the massage, the water coming out of the tap was too hot and I had to say something. My friend, who has pedicures more often, confirmed my suspicion that the water was "hotter than normal".
All three customers (including myself) who were in at this time, each had complaints/concerns about the treatment we were receiving. When we brought our individual concerns to the staff, they would look at us as if they didn't understand and then spend the next 5 minutes engaged in non-English discussion about the concern before replying. It felt as though they would reluctantly change their treatment to meet our requests but it was not their preference.
Prices are on par with other nail salons in the area and encourage you to pay cash, although they do accept debit and credit.
