I am late on my review of this place but, I loved it. People are quick to review bad places or experiences but, if a place is good we tend to forget. *Never forget every place can have off times or employees can be having a bad day. So I try to always give the benefit of the doubt on any review. I also have worked in many fields so I tend to know what is acceptable and what is not. With all the being said I really liked this place and will add it into my breakfast rotation. However, I tend to favor the small "hole in the wall" (I say that loosely because I mean more low key) places.
My Food was great!
This was a very home cook flare with some, international flavors. I love the choices, and it was hard to make a choice. What I ordered was amazing! I want to try more soon.
My Service was great!
The waitress was very friendly, spent time answering all our questions and made sure that we liked her recommendations. We asked am million questions and she was so patient with us but, we also came on off peak hours (no waitress can do that on ON peak hours). She even brought out agave nectar with my Yerbamate tea I was trying, just in case I wanted it sweeter. She was right on the money & I didn't have to find her. As a past Hooter's waitress (you may not like the restaurant but we had great training policies), we were suppose to predict what a customer needed before they asked. So it was great on her part :)
The Atmosphere was cozy!
We sat outside because I am obsessed. It was comfortable and cozy. It isn't a big place so it gives you that small town feel. I love it!
The owner came out and talked with us!
I love seeing this because you know that the owner really cares about his business and you can see his passion.
