I bought a Kia Optima Hybrid from these guys about 2 weeks ago. I had been researching cars/prices for several months before I visited them. I was expecting the typical unpleasant car shopping experience that you almost always get no matter where you go. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and left a very happy customer.
My salesperson was Hunter - very pleasant, non-arrogant or pushy. I would definitely recommend him if you can't stand the "typical" salesman. The manager that addressed the pricing with me was Anthony - He didn't push me around over small dollars but tried to meet me at a reasonable happy place for both my trade in and the price of the new car. My financial (paper signing) guy was Del - very professional, friendly, and efficient.
I liked that it didn't take me all day to buy a new car. And I really liked the fact that they didn't give me that "dirty" feeling you usually get when you have to haggle until you are blue in the face just to get a fair price. I would definitely recommend!
UPDATE: 05/04/2018 I took my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars simply because of the service department. Awful service and follow through - I had issues with getting tires replaced (said they ordered but when I showed up "oops didn't order"). Several other issues after that with communication. Last year I finally got rid of that car and chose to not buy another Kia based on this experience. I bought a Toyota instead.
