| - Things transpire, but when they do you enter the point of no return.
Ordered two lattes & two cakes.
Third fork into the Matcha with raspberry sauce and hairs baked in. Informed the female, she immediately removed this Matcha from our table. Clearly we didn't take our third bite of the Thai cake, nor did we finish our lattes.
Prior this, we entered and nobody acknowledged the two of us, except Timmy. Timmy was friendly & had a beaming smile as soon as we entered. Kudos for Timmy!
The other three were not friendly, the older gentleman kept pacing by our table and it was unsettlingly. Only two other customers were inside.
Should've left at that point. However, we kept asking questions prior ordering since nobody except Timmy were engaging. The others came across as having a sense of entitlement as they were doing us a favor.
I expected more, no not hairs baked into our Matcha. Just upon entering nobody was pleasant (again, except Timmy).
Most of the time I believe, if you have nothing good to say, don't.
However, there are times which warrant otherwise.
This is one of them.
