  • I hate banking at this location and Main St Urbana. Last year my elderly father slipped on the ice that surrounded the ATM machine on a business day. Not one person assisted him...employee or customer. My parents have been banking with this place for over 50 years. I sent an email after my father landed in the hospital and several months of painful recovery. I received a response of " the person from the main branch that I was to speak with was on a three week holiday break. She would get back to me.". Nothing...I even called with no luck reaching her. Anyways, a year later my dad has deteriorated and there was never any apology. The lack of salt alone could have been a lawsuit. However, luckily for this bank my parents aren't those type of people. I personally do not have an account but every time I accompany my daughter (s) to Busey drive thru there is rude and unfriendly tellers. Each experience has been a different teller with different policies ...two IDs, come inside, what have you. I do not recommend this institution and two of my daughters are pulling their accounts from Busey.
