  • I highly recommend My Discount Tech! My college spring semester had just started and my laptop had completely stopped charging! After calling around to many places and hearing again and again that the part I needed to replace my laptop's charging port would take a week or more to get, I finally came across Nick at My Discount Tech, who immediately said he would try to fix it without having to order the part which would get me my laptop back the same day!! (none of the other computer repair techs I had called even offered that option) Unfortunately my port was pretty damaged and he did end up having to order the part - but he found a quicker option and I had my fixed laptop back in a matter of a few days!! Also, My Discount Techs labor costs were very reasonable, much more so than many of the competing computer repair shops I had spoken to.
