  • I was referred to Valley Environmental resources by a friend. I knew it was for a water softener system and had no intention of buying the product but agreed to the presentation. After seeing how dirty my water was I started to change my mind. Then after feeling the difference of my skin using my old water to the filter water I was sold. I have had the system for about 4 months now and I am very happy with it. My skin is soft, and its easier to clean things around the house. I really enjoy the cleaning products that I received with the system. The only thing I didn't like in my experience is how fast everything was. It is great getting everything immediately, it was installed the following night. For myself though I don't make big ticket purchases on a whim like that so I didn't get to do as much research as I normally would have. Also at the time of presentation I was advised that the only additional cost is buying the filters yearly for $75 and purchasing salt for the tank. Come to find out at my home visit to make sure the system is running as expected its $150 for the filters and service on a yearly basis. Overall it has been a positive experience and peace of mind now knowing I have good water.
