[HIGH ALERT-- DONT BUY KIMCHI HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO EAT SOMEONE'S HAIR] I regularly go to this store and for the first time I bought packaged kimchi for around 17$ (biggest mistake) 2 weeks back. Kept eating and everything is fine until last Saturday. Started seeing hair in kimchi and for the first time ignored it thinking it's mine and by mistake it came in my food. Saw it repeatedly 2 more times and unfortunately when I served this to my guests when I hosted them. It was a terrible experience that I had to apologize them for serving this kimchi.
Next is about the money-sucking stingy management at Asiana. I took this whole container back and explained them clearly about the issue and tried to show them the hairy kimchi. The manager didn't even pay any attention and kept saying where is the receipt. I purchased this 2 weeks back and I don't have the receipt and he said without receipt they won't refund my money! Such a STINGY TERRIBLE management. One thing is for sure that they are not aware that this is US but not some other country! Sorry Asiana you lost a loyal customer and now will share this horrible experience to all my friends who go there.
