  • Main complaint is the wait time. Arrived at 2:45 for a 3:00 surgery. It's now after 4:30 and we're still waiting.......unacceptable!! This is indicative of a poorly managed medical practice. You can have the best doctor in town, but if patients are caged like animals in a waiting room for hours on end waiting to see the doctor, they're not going to be very happy. Recommend Dr. Khan implement best practices management reforms ASAP with a view towards improving the management of patient scheduling.
