  • I am not sure what was the big hoopla about the Beer Boutique other than being slightly cleaner and a few (I emphasize few ) special brands that can bought as singles here there isn't much of a difference from other Beer Stores. Location is a bit painful to get to with all the construction going on (hint its opposite the Metro Store so use that a reference point rather than the GPS to get to the exact address). The sales person was helpful but didn't know what Belgian brews they carry and just pointed me to the import section. I did pick up an interesting looking Italian strong Beer which I haven't seen elsewhere. They also have the complete line of Unibrue Beers (Maudite, Trois Postiles and My fav La Fin Du Monde) so that's a plus as its getting harder to find those since LCBO doesn't carry them anymore. That being said they don't accept recycles here (I guess this results in a cleaner smelling place than the other beer stores) I wouldn't go out of my way to come here if the brew I want is carried near me.
